ANNUAL FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR\/BAKE SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost is free for admission to browse or purchase items at the event.  If you wish to have a booth, see below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Booth size is approximately an 8X10 area with an 8-foot table The cost of each space with or without table will be $35.00 each. Each vendor needs to provide a $10 gift card or item of $10 value for a raffle relating to their booth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-You will receive a phone call of confirmation that we have received your check and reservation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-The doors will be open for set up on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and Saturday at 7:00 am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Please return the bottom portion of this form with your check to the address listed below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-if you know of anyone else that would be interested, please photo copy this page and share so they can make a reservation<\/p>\n\n\n\n
